Eligibility Criteria

  • Enrolled in the NSER survey
  • Having a disability score of 32 or less
  • Preference is being given to deserving women, widows, and the disabled.
  • Government employees or taxpayers are not eligible for this program.

Payment Confirmation and Collection Method

  • SMS: Send your 13-digit CNIC number to 8171 to confirm your payment
  • Visit the web portal: 8171.bisp.gov.pk, enter your CNIC number and complete the captcha code.
  • Nearest BISP Camp: Visit your nearest BISP camp and get biometric verification done with your original CNIC and receive payment.

Precautions to avoid fraud

  • Do not enter your CNIC number on unofficial websites.
  • Trust only SMS from 8171.
  • In case of any suspicious call or message, report it to the BISP helpline 0800-26477.
