Who is eligible for the CM health clinic program?
For checking eligibility of this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
CNIC Requirement:
Applicants must possess a valid CNIC issued by NADRA.
Residency:
Applicants must live in any district of Punjab.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have an MBBS or BDS degree from a recognized institution. A master’s degree in social sciences, management sciences, or public health is also acceptable. And approval of the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council is required.
House Job Experience:
You have almost one year of housework experience anywhere.
Age limit:
At the time of the given application, your maximum age is almost 45 years.

Last date to apply for health clinic program
Do not worry about the last date to submit your application. The government announced that 6 December 2024 is the last date to apply. Complete the registration process before the deadline; if you submit your application after the deadline, your application is not acceptable. Once your application is submitted, you are informed through the given mail or SMS.
