Scheme models
Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme 2025
Model 1: Government-supervised construction
“Apni Chhat Apna Ghar Scheme 2025” Under this model, the government itself will build 20,000 houses. These houses will be provided with basic amenities and their prices will be as per the rates set by the government.
Model 2: 20% allocated plots in private residential projects
